Business Systems & Product Implementation Manager – First Choice FCU
First Choice Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Systems and Product Implementation Manager.
First Choice is a growing, community-focused credit union serving Lawrence County, PA. We take pride in providing personal service while continuing to invest in the technology, products, and delivery channels our members expect. As we prepare for a major core system conversion and the next stage of our growth, we are looking for someone who can help us turn technology into practical, reliable solutions for our employees and members.
This position is ideal for someone who understands credit union operations and is interested in bringing systems, products, processes, and data together. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between management, operations, retail employees, technology providers, consultants, and third-party vendors.
Initially, this individual will play an important role in our core system conversion, including data validation, product configuration, system testing, employee preparation, and implementation. Following the conversion, the position will help lead the introduction of new products, services, and system enhancements from initial design through successful launch.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the credit union’s core system, data, products, workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Assist with data mapping, validation, configuration, testing, and implementation during the core conversion, gaining valuable insight into the credit union’s data sources and system capabilities.
- Lead the operational setup and implementation of new products and services.
- Coordinate projects involving employees, management, consultants, technology providers, and vendors.
- Translate product ideas and business needs into system requirements and practical operating processes.
- Ensure new products and services are properly configured, tested, documented, and ready before being introduced to members.
- Develop procedures, implementation checklists, and employee training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, internal controls, and the member experience.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in credit union or financial-institution operations.
- An understanding of core processing systems, financial products, data, and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage projects from concept through implementation.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals.
- A willingness to investigate problems, ask questions, and take ownership of projects.
- Experience with the Corelation KeyStone core processing system is not required but is strongly preferred.
- Experience with a core conversion, system implementation, product implementation, or business analysis is beneficial.
A degree in business, finance, information systems, project management, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant credit union or financial-services experience may be considered in place of formal education.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work—and then making them work better. The successful candidate will help ensure that First Choice’s systems and products are thoughtfully designed, properly implemented, and ready to support both our employees and members.
Salary range: $70,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience. Candidates with Corelation KeyStone or core conversion experience will be one of the factors considered.
