Community Financial Services Federal Credit Union is seeking a part time Member Service Representative/Teller to work at our branch in Roselle, NJ. This individual will assist members with all account transactions and help build strong member relationships.

Responsibilities

Process all monetary transactions
Open/Close accounts
Assist members with account services
Cross sell products and services according to member’s needs
Balance ATM and cash drawer

Requirements

Provide outstanding member service
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be able to multi task and problem solve
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team
Previous banking/retail experience
