CU Wellness
Prioritizing Your Well-Being at CrossState Events
CU Wellness is CrossState’s new way to support the well-being of our credit union community. At our major events, you’ll find optional group wellness activities—like walks or kayaking, quiet recharge spaces, and mindfulness moments—to help you take care of yourself while growing professionally. It’s all about feeling good, staying connected, and bringing your whole self to the credit union movement.
CU Wellness is here to help you feel your best—so you can lead your best.

Who can participate in CU Wellness activities?
Anyone! All registered attendees at CrossState events are welcome.
How do I sign up?
You can add CU Wellness activities during event registration. If you forget, just reach out to the Education Team—we’ll get you added if possible!
Is there a cost to participate?
Most activities will be free or sponsored. If any fees apply, you’ll see them listed during registration and communicated clearly.
