CU Wellness FAQs

What is CU Wellness?
CU Wellness is a new initiative from CrossState to support the whole-person well-being of our members at events by providing health-conscious activities and opportunities for moments of rest, movement, and/or reflection in our program and format.

Who can participate in CU Wellness activities?
Anyone! All registered attendees at CrossState events are welcome.

How do I sign up?
You can add CU Wellness activities during event registration. If you forget, just reach out to the Education Team—we’ll get you added if possible!

Is there a cost to participate?
Most activities will be free or sponsored. If any fees apply, you’ll see them listed during registration and communicated clearly.

Are space limits in place?
Some activities may have a cap due to space or equipment. If so, we will make sure that is communicated and registration is closed when the cap is hit. We will also explore ways to accommodate more attendees if the demand is high.

How will I know what’s part of CU Wellness?
Look for the CU Wellness logo in the agenda, on event signage, and in your registration materials.

Why is CrossState offering this?
Because your health and well-being matter. CU Wellness will help you recharge, build new connections, and bring your full self to the credit union movement.
