Bob Bouvier, a risk management consultant in Business Protection Risk Management for CUNA Mutual Group, will be the speaker for this webinar. In this role, Bob is responsible for assisting credit unions in identifying areas of risk in their operations and recommending appropriate controls to reduce loss exposures. Bob joined the Field Operations of CUNA Mutual Group in 1990 as a service specialist. He transferred to Business Protection Risk Management in 1994. Bob is based in Fitchburg, Mass. Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fitchburg State University. He holds the designations of Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE), Certified Financial Service Auditor (CFSA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Credit Union Security & Fraud Expert (CUSFE).
