Modeled after the CUNA Certified Financial Counselor Schools, FiCEP includes two parts with four learning modules each, and is written for all staff levels so anyone can offer financial counseling during every member interaction. When a participant successfully completes the proctored exam which covers the eight modules, they will be a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC), ready and able to assist your members reach their financial goals. The sessions will be led by staff from the Louisiana Credit Union Association.
All of the webinars will be recorded and available in an archive, so if you are not available to attend a live webinar session, you can still get the information at a time that works for you. There is no additional cost for the proctoring of your exam. If you are unable to participate in taking the exam with the group, an approved proctor must be used. There is a small fee for re-testing, if necessary.
