Join your fellow HR credit union professionals for a peer group discussion to provide support and community for each other through the unique happenings and challenges of the credit union movement.

Each meeting will include an hour-long presentation from a subject matter expert, followed by an hour-long open discussion focused on current events and best practices.

Speaker Details

Jessica Gomez and Amira Epstein from OneDigital will explore key shifts in HR for 2025, focusing on the evolving role of HR as a strategic business partner. We’ll cover the shift from cost center thinking to building business acumen and introduce the HR Value Pyramid to show how HR can drive impact at every level. Practical insights on succession planning will be included, and we’ll wrap up with actionable takeaways and a Q&A session to close.

Jessica Gomez

Jessica Gomez, MPS HRER, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience, more than half of which has been dedicated to HR consulting. Currently serving as an HR Client Executive at OneDigital, she brings a wealth of knowledge in HR strategy, policy development, and employee relations. Jessica’s diverse experience spans organizations of varying sizes across multiple industries, enabling her to provide tailored HR solutions that align with each client’s unique needs. Her academic credentials include a master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

As a true HR generalist, Jessica excels in developing effective policies and procedures, handling complex employee relations issues, and providing coaching and performance management support. Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the strategic role HR plays in driving business success. Jessica is particularly adept at fractional HR consulting, offering small and medium-sized businesses the expertise they need to navigate the complexities of human resources without the overhead of a full-time HR department.

Amira Epstein

Amira Epstein, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned People & Culture leader currently serving as an HR Client Executive at OneDigital. With a robust background in HR business partnership and talent acquisition, she brings a strategic lens to human resources, aligning people initiatives with broader business goals. Amira is passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational growth through thoughtful HR strategies. Her recent participation in OneDigital’s Growth Academy underscores her commitment to continuous learning and leadership development. 

In her role, Amira emphasizes the importance of integrating HR, financial services, and benefits into cohesive strategies that support both business outcomes and personal well-being.
