InfoSight360 Overview & CU PolicyPro Training

Event Information

This workshop begins with a high-level overview of the InfoSight360 platform, including navigation, layout, and key functionality. Participants will learn how to move through the system efficiently, take advantage of enhanced search capabilities, use assignments, and quickly locate the information they need. The overview also introduces the InfoSight compliance library and demonstrates how its content is integrated across the platform to support day to day compliance work.

From there, we will shift into a deep dive of CU PolicyPro, where attendees will learn how to access model content, and customize, manage, and share their credit union’s unique policies and procedures.

A brief overview of available auditing tools, reports, content updates, and support resources will also be provided.

This training, presented by Mary Ann Koelzer with InfoSight360, is ideal for users who want both a solid understanding of the InfoSight360 platform and hands on insight into managing policy content.
