The NCUA emphasizes that credit unions that engage in commercial lending activities need to have the people, processes, and policies in place to ensure the safety and soundness of their operations.  CrossState Solutions Compliance Consultant, Joanne Broderick will start the Workshop off with a review of NCUA Rules and Regulations Part 723, and lending department staff responsibilities.  After lunch we will discuss how to create a thorough Credit Approval Document. 

Registrations must be submitted by October 22, 2021.

Pricing for this training costs $199 for Association members and $249 for non-members.
