Michael has over 35 years of experience as a litigation attorney and over 30 years serving as a partner, specializing in Federal and State regulatory compliance for Federal and State-chartered credit unions. Michael has brought knowledge in corporate law, government affairs, Board governance, employment law, commercial and residential real estate and planning and zoning matters. Michael has worked with Federal and State regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, NCUA, OSHA the New Jersey Department of Banking and Economic Development Agency. Michael is also experienced in handling mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, foreclosures. He is also a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and the Bar Association of the State of New Jersey.

Hannah graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and thereafter obtained her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law. At Pillar+Aught, Hannah assists clients with a variety of transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, regulatory compliance for public companies reporting to the SEC, company formation and governance, and various bankruptcy proceedings. During her time at Dickinson, Hannah was a member of the Dickinson Law Review and received a certificate from Dickinson Law in Entrepreneurship Law with a concentration in transactions.
