Announcing a Hope in Action Legend: Bob Greek
CrossState Credit Union Foundation is proud to celebrate Bob Greek as a Hope in Action Legend! Now enjoying retirement, he has made numerous contributions to the movement over the decades and currently serves as Board Chair for CHROME Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors.
Bob has always been active in the community. While working at Union Electric Steel, he served on the Board of its credit union for 27 years, and he was the Director of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Credit Unions for 20 years, serving as President for two. He was also a member of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association’s (now CrossState) ad hoc committee, which led to the formation of the Association’s nonprofit foundation. For his dedication, he earned CrossState’s Volunteer of the Year Award in 2012.
