Government Relations

It is critical that members of Congress, as well as New Jersey and Pennsylvania state legislators, know about the credit union difference. Our Government Relations team smonitors and tracks legislation that impacts credit unions’ daily operations and maintains key contacts to match credit union activists with their state and federal lawmakers. CrossState advocates for credit unions on legislative issues in Washington, DC; Trenton, NJ; and Harrisburg, PA.

Regulatory Advocacy

CrossState provides regulatory advocacy for New Jersey and Pennsylvania credit unions before the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities, and other administrative agencies that adopt rules and regulations impacting credit union operations as well as the products and services they offer.
