Anyone wanting to earn their CCUFC designation has the opportunity to do so, but we especially recommend this program for lending staff, collections staff, branch managers, trainers, and educators.

This program is an enhanced version of America’s Credit Unions’ curriculum facilitated by the CrossState Foundation and Luminate. It is completely separate from America’s Credit Unions and features additional resources not offered by them.

If your credit union has an America’s Credit Unions training bundle, FiCEP will be included. You can compare the CrossState Foundation’s Enhanced program and America’s Credit Unions’ program to make a decision on which you’d like to use.
