CrossState Wraps Up GAC with a Total 28 Hill Visits
Our CrossState team and members were busy from start to finish at this year’s America’s Credit Unions’ Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC)! Between meetings, fundraisers, and events, we conducted 28 visits and connected with the offices of numerous congresspeople on issues such as credit card-related bills, lending flexibility, and payment scams.

Thank you to all who participated this week! In addition to joining us on Hill visits, NJ and PA credit unions were actively engaged at sessions and networking receptions, forming powerful connections. Seaport Federal Credit Union CEO Elaine Thompson also served as a panelist on Sunday’s Small Credit Union Roundtable, which shared stories of success and inspiration to spark discussion among attendees.
The GAC is always a catalyst for impactful advocacy. We look forward to carrying the momentum into the months ahead!
