Lynn Stephenson Named 2025 Executive of the Year

CrossState is proud to announce that Lynn Stephenson, recently retired CEO of West-Aircomm FCU, has been selected as the 2025 recipient of the William W. Pratt Lifetime Achievement Award.

Stephenson’s four-decade journey at West-Aircomm is the definition of a legacy. From her start as a part-time loan clerk in 1982 to her final years as President/CEO, she has been a guiding force in the credit union’s growth and culture. Under her leadership, West-Aircomm expanded its footprint, grew its loan portfolio, and deepened its community impact—raising more than $114,000 for local causes through WAC Cares initiatives. 

“Lynn demonstrates the ability to inspire the employees at West-AirComm and she brings out the best in her team,” said Phil Pietrandrea, Chairman of West-AirComm’s Board of Directors. “Lynn’s leadership not only steered the organization toward success but also cultivated an environment where innovation and collaboration flourished. Her dedication to the credit union made a positive impact in which she will be remembered for years to come.” 

Her dedication to credit union values extended beyond the branch. She served on several industry and nonprofit boards, mentored emerging professionals, and remained an active presence in the Beaver Valley Chapter of Credit Unions and national CUNA councils. 

The award will be presented during Awards Night at Connect 2025 in Bethlehem, PA, on May 21. Stephenson will be honored alongside other distinguished recipients in a celebration of leadership, service, and impact.
