Share Your Story at Connect 2026

You know the power of a good story to promote the credit union difference, and this is your opportunity to boast it in front of hundreds of attendees at CrossState Connect Annual Convention.

It doesn’t have to be complicated! Simply record yourself or a colleague at your credit union answering one of the following questions in up to 30 seconds:

• What impact is your credit union making in your community?
  • Feel free to speak broadly or offer a particular member story (without mentioning names).
  • Examples: How did you help a student at a Financial Reality Fair? Did someone go above and beyond for a member? How did your services improve their life?
• How does your partnership with CrossState help support your mission and members?

We’ll then use the submissions to create a five-minute video to be featured at opening session at Connect.* Record your video by April 10!

But don’t stop at just one video—invite everyone at your credit union to participate!

There is no limit to the number of videos per credit union, and we welcome submissions from all levels and positions. Feel free to share the link and this handy QR code graphic to help encourage your team members to share their own story of your credit union’s impact.

*Submissions may also be used for other purposes in promoting the good work of our credit unions. You don’t have to be registered for Connect 2026 to submit a video.
