Tax Reform Update: Your Action Needed This Week
Reports indicate that the House Ways and Means Committee is set to begin marking up its tax legislation on Tuesday, May 13. The full draft legislation is expected to be released by the committee no later than Monday, May 12. In response, CrossState and credit union leaders will be in Washington, D.C., early next week to meet directly with lawmakers—including Ways and Means Committee members—to continue advocating for the credit union tax exemption.
