White Rose Credit Union announced the retirement of its esteemed President & CEO, Debra (Deb) A. Kauffman, after an illustrious 36-year career with the credit union. Deb’s dedication and leadership have been instrumental in shaping White Rose Credit Union into the trusted financial institution it is today.
Deb began her career at White Rose Credit Union as a teller in 1988 and has worked in and/or led every department within the credit union. During her tenure, Deb has overseen significant growth and innovation, always prioritizing the needs of the members and the community. Deb’s commitment to excellence and her visionary approach have left an indelible mark on the credit union.
The Board of Directors have appointed Bryan C. Smith as the new President & CEO, effective immediately. Bryan brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the role, having served as the Finance & Security Vice President at White Rose Credit Union.
