2021 Bankruptcy Training

Kate Deringer Sallie, co-founder and principal of Pillar+Aught, concentrates her practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, loan workouts, commercial lending transactions, and commercial bankruptcy.  In particular, Kate represents financial institutions with respect to loan workouts, collection matters, lender liability actions, and as creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases.  Kate is a frequent speaker on lending law and the subject of business reorganization. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), the Turnaround Management Association, as well as the Bar Associations of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Kate also serves on the board of the IWIRC Greater Philadelphia Network. Kate was named a 2013 Women of Influence, a 2015 Select Lawyer for Susquehanna Valley, and a Central Pennsylvania Business Journal “Forty under 40 award” recipient in 2016. Kate received her B.A., summa cum laude, from James Madison University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, where she also serves as a practitioner instructor.

Registration for this training cost $199 for member and $249 for non-members.
