2024 Writs of Execution (PA & NJ)

During tax season, credit unions tend to see an increase in Writs of Execution, and we receive a variety of questions from credit unions on how to properly respond and handle these legal documents. Attorney Matt Urban is a subject matter expert on this topic and has presented for us several times in the past. During this webinar, scheduled for January 24 at 10:00 a.m., Matt will discuss the writ of execution process, actions the credit union should take, how to respond to the interrogatories, exemptions, and more!  He will be providing guidance for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey credit unions.
