CrossState is hosting a free webinar to provide its members with a COVID-19 and HR-related update to include the following topics:

  • Updated CDC and state-specific (NJ & PA) guidance
  • Masking/ Not masking requirements for employees and members
  • Vaccination requirements in the workplace for employees and members
  • Return to office/ Full opening
  • Address whether an employer may:
    • Request proof of vaccine
    • Still require a quarantine period for employees exposed to COVID-19
    • Place restrictions on an employee’s return to the office after the employee has traveled to states with high rates of infection or to certain countries
  • Back-to-school and the FFCRA for this upcoming school year
