Chad Stevens, Director of Growth Solutions, has served Credit Unions for a decade in areas of training and continued development. He has also worked in CU*SOUTH’s Organizational Talent Development Department as the Manager of Onboarding and Employee Development Plans. In his internal experience he has implemented and researched over 20 Learning Management Systems and evaluated the cost of replacing an employee versus investing in employee development.
