Jessica Gomez from OneDigital will be presenting on Strategies for Attracting and Retaining Top Talent: 
In the wake of the Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting, employers are looking for new strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. We will explore how to combat these recent trends to build and maintain a culture where employees want to stay. Topics covered will include:

• Recognizing achievements
• Providing career growth opportunities
• Creating open communication channels
• Managing hybrid work
• Reviewing benefit strategies and offerings

Jessica Gomez brings over 10 years of Human Resources experience to the team. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Penn State University and also holds her Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR). Jess has a strong HR background and experience working with a variety of clients, across many industries, in both the for profit and non-profit sectors. Jess is passionate about Human Resources and enjoys partnering with employees and organizations to solve their HR-related needs.
